6 answersWhat tests do you run?
Our full panel is seven tests: purity, identity, net content, endotoxin, heavy metals, sterility and a fentanyl screen. It runs on our newest lots. Earlier certificates report the tests printed on them, and every certificate shows exactly what was run. See lab testing for the counts on each test.
How is purity verified, and what does 99%+ actually mean?
Lots are analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC, which separates the target compound from related impurities and reports it as a percentage of what the instrument detected. "99%+" means the documented purity on that lot's Certificate of Analysis is at least 99%. It is a measured figure, not an estimate or a marketing number.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a third-party lab's record for a specific production lot. Every certificate we hold is published in our public COA library with its lot number, lab and date, so you can read it before you buy.
How do I verify the batch I received?
Each vial's label carries a lot number. Enter it on the verify page to open the exact certificate for your material. If anything doesn't match, contact us and we'll resolve it under our COA-match guarantee.
Do you test identity as well as purity?
Yes. Purity is meaningless if the molecule is wrong, so every certificate confirms identity, by LC-MS/MS on most certificates and by HPLC retention time on others. The method is named on the certificate.
Who does the testing?
Independent third-party labs, named on each certificate: Freedom Diagnostics, ILS Laboratories, Accurate Test Labs and pH Solutions. None of them are owned by Aspect.

Returns & storage
4 answersWhat is your refund policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to raise a claim. Unopened product in original packaging is refundable, and damaged, incorrect, or lost orders are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. If a lot doesn't match its Certificate of Analysis, we replace it or refund it with no time limit at all. Full detail is on our refund policy page.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized peptides are generally stored cold and protected from light and moisture. Follow your institution's protocols.
What is the shelf life?
Properly stored lyophilized peptides remain stable for extended periods. Consult the lot's documentation and your own storage validation.
Do you provide preparation or handling protocols?
No. Our compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, and laboratory procedures are determined by the qualified researcher. We provide the compound and its analytical data, but no dosing or in-vivo guidance.
